To offer our customers affordable and high-quality products, we continuously expand our facility with new machines each year and make significant investments in R&D. Within our organization, we train new and young masters alongside our experienced team, who possess knowledge and skills beyond market standards.
In our workshop, along with our experienced masters and apprentices, we produce new PCD and ND rolls as well as perform roll repair. In the field of carbide rolls, our expert team provides regular repair services and offers new product sales.

Wide Product Range & International Trade
PCD and ND rolls are widely used in copper, gold, and aluminum wire drawing processes. Additionally, we have observed an increasing use of PCD rolls in 1008 carbon steel wires. In this context, we both export and import PCD and ND rolls. Based on our customers’ needs, we also manufacture various products such as copper wire drawing, aluminum wire drawing, gold wire production, copper twisting and compacting rolls, as well as cable, nipple, and mirror sets.
Purchase and Evaluation of Scrap Carbide Rolls
We purchase scrap carbide rolls from our customers, even when they contain iron components. The scrap rolls are bought by ton or kilogram, and pricing is determined in foreign currency after inspecting the material. This approach allows us to ensure more profitable returns for our customers.
Additionally, based on our customers’ requests, we offer the option of exchanging scrap rolls for new ones instead of cash payment. We also carry out the dismantling of scrap tungsten carbide rolls within our facility.
